Optimizing your PC and getting the highest FPS you can get is a massive advantage. Imagine dropping onto a person who has 30, while you have 240. He is bottlenecking himself with his FPS. I want you to have the highest FPS your machine can get. So today, I am going to go over the best Warzone settings to increase your FPS and visibility. Let’s get started.

Windows Settings

  • In windows Search bar, type “Graphics Settings”, then you should click “Browse” and search for “modernwarfare.exe”. Add it and press options and choose “High Performance”.
  • In windows search bar, type “Background apps” and either press disable “Let apps run in the background” or disable one by one those you don’t need. I for example, left my HyperX NGEUNITY software, Realtek audio console, and Spotify.
  •  In windows search bar, type “Power & sleep settings”, on right side, click on “Additional power settings”, and choose “High performance” plan. It might be hidden beneath “additional plans”.
  • In windows search bar, type “Game Mode”. Now, some machines get more FPS with game mode on, and some get more FPS with game mode off. You should experiment by yourself and see how it works for you. I get more FPS by turning it OFF.

Nvidia Settings

Right-click on your desktop and click “Nvidia Control Panel”, now go to “Manage 3D Settings” in the right section. Go to “Program Settings” Add Modern Warfare and use the settings below:

  • Image Sharpening: On – Really helps with visibility, sharpen should be at 50 and ignore film grain at 0. If you have a newer driver, it might be called something different. So if it is not “Image Sharpening”, then don’t use it as it really eats up your FPS. I downgraded my Nvidia driver just to use this feature.
