A new Warzone update means a new Warzone meta. If you’ve been following this SweatyGaming for the last couple of months, you probably already know what I feel about meta changes.
I **** love them! Playing with the same two to three weapons daily becomes stale very fast. So once the update dropped, I was on TrueGameData, sym.gg, trying to figure out what were the best weapons and checking them out in-game. Let’s reveal the following meta weapons for mid-season 4!

Assault Rifles
KG M40 - The New Meta
NZ is no longer the king. All hail KG M40 as the new king. Great recoil, incredible bullet velocity, good damage per mag, really anything you would want for a good AR. Its only downside is the speed; it feels like a faster LMG. But overall, it is the new meta, and you should 100% level this beast up.
It is my choice for long range.

Cooper Carbine - The New Meta?
The Cooper Carbine. A low recoil gun with a high fire rate. Really fun to rock; some might feel that it is a peashooter and does not hit hard enough. But some might love this gun. Overall, it is 100% in the meta right now.

UGM-8 - Slaps
The UGM. I am not a fan of LMGs, but this gun slaps. Huge magazine shoots fast, and the recoil is nice. It has some visual recoil that I am not a great fan of, though. But it is an excellent weapon overall, not as good as the above weapons, in my opinion.

The Volk. The TTK is excellent. The recoil is good. The problem is the mag. The damage per mag is straight garbage. I recommend using it for Solos and maybe Duos.

It got nerfed again. And pretty hard. I am still experimenting and trying to figure out if this gun still slaps. For now, it is in the Still Meta? category lmao.

Armaguerra 43 - The New Meta
Thanks to the recent nerf to the Marco and the Blixen, Armaguerra is in the right spot, at the right time. It is crazy good of a weapon, it is highly underrated, but it got it all. I highly recommend checking this weapon out and not just sticking to the Marco and the Blixen. With all the recent nerfs, this might be the new king!
It is my choice for an SMG (or Marco).

The Marco got nerfed and its TTK got hit. But, its damage per mag, its non-existent recoil, and movement. Oh boy, the movement. It is still the meta.
It is my choice for an SMG (or Arma).

Just got nerfed again. Look how they massacred my boy. Anyways, it is not the king anymore. But it is still in the meta. It just gets outclassed by the Marco and the Arma.

Type 100 - TTK King
The Type 100. It kills crazy fast but has more recoil and fewer bullets than the other options. I’ve to remember slaying with this gun on Rebirth Duos. But on Fortunes Keep, I feel like Blixen and Marco have the upper leg because of their range and mag size. Nonetheless, Type 100 is a solid choice that just deletes people.

- Magazine – .30 Russian Short 36 Rounds (You can go with 48 rounds, your TTK will drop as a result, but still good. I prefer the 36 for the extreme TTK though).

- Perk 1 – Gung-ho / Sleight of Hand (reload faster because of 36 rounds)
- Perk 2 – Quick
Sniper Rifles
ZRG 20mm - The King
Although not as fast as the Swiss and the Kar, it is pretty fast for a sniper that kills with a headshot at every range. My favorite sniper in the game. Hits hard at any range, fast ADS. In terms of scope, I prefer the Kar and the Swiss, but once you get comfortable using them, it pays off.

VG Kar98k - Surprisingly Good Sniper
You read it right; it is the Vanguard Kar-98. All sniper rifles got buffed, and their range increased dramatically to 90 meters. Pretty decent for a fast ADS sniper rifle. Barely any sway, and good ADS time. The only downside is that after 100m, it is no longer one headshot kill.

Fun Fact Time!
There are 11 weapons on this list, 10 are Vanguard weapons, and only one is a Cold War one. There are no Modern Warfare guns at all. By dividing 10 by 11, we get that more than 90% of the meta weapons are Vanguard guns. Interesting.
