You want to dominate everyone? You want to carry your friends? You want to be a rebirth demon? You’ve come to the right place. I am Yaron and my K. D for this season is 3.0. You think it was hard? It wasn’t. I just know some stuff you don’t know. I got some tips and tricks that you probably don’t know and that will help you break your PR and get your gameplay to the next level.

Tip #1: Minimap Awareness

We all know knowledge is key. But, did you know that when you kill an enemy, you see his teammates on the minimap? They appear as a red dot, pinging themselves for 2 seconds. Basically, you know where his all-team is at. That’s amazing. Imagine playing Quads, pushing a team, killing one of the team members and seeing only 1 ping at your house. That means you are 4vs1. The rest of the team is not there. Easy kill. Imagine playing Duos and pushing a team. Once you kill a team member, you’re just rushing straight to the red dot on the minimap and team wiping their team. Easy. 100% you should take advantage of that. Make a habit of looking at the minimap the second you secure a kill. Share the information with your squad, and go hunt.

When you use a UAV, make sure you take a look at the map and you see where every squad is at. Make sure you ping those locations and that you understand the flow of your game. Especially if there are only a few squads left. Using a UAV and getting that information is key to winning the game. It helps with positioning and rotations and gives you the possibility to get the best position available in the circle.

Tip #2: Utilize The Meta

Meta stands for “most effective tactics available”. Basically, the strongest weapons you can run now. It is not a perfect world, and not all weapons are equal. Some weapons are stronger than others. Make sure you closely follow the meta. If everyone are running the old meta weapons, and you are running with the best meta weapons available, you will be at a massive advantage. But, the most important thing is running weapons you are comfortable with. For example, Owen Gun is the best SMG right now. But if you can’t handle the recoil, you shouldn’t play with it. So make sure you use the best meta weapons which you are comfortable with.

I write a post about the meta very frequently to update you guys about the latest weapon changes. Here is my latest meta post:  Warzone New Meta Best Loadouts After Update!

Tip #3: Rotations And Flanking

Positioning is very important. It can be the difference between losing the battle or winning it. Make sure you get the best position you can. You should use high grounds to your advantage. Use unexpected angles, don’t repeek the same angles. Try to flank the enemy. Basically, be unpredictable. Catching your enemies by surprise, even just by peeking from another window, they will have to adjust your aim, and in a fast-paced game like Warzone, it should be an easy kill. Most of the players suck at flanking and positioning. They are very predictable, run to the same spots, and are generally very passive with their rotations. But you are different. You are using the space around you to your advantage and you secure those easy kills.

Tip #4: Use The Shop

The shop is there for a reason. It has so many useful items to buy. *cough* UAV *cough*. But seriously, hoarding your cash will give you nothing. You can get a gas-mask for those end-game clutches if you don’t have one. Getting a self-revive is a priority. Cluster and Precision. Loadout drops. And the holy grail, the UAV. You can get the most valuable information in the game for just $6,000. Everyone’s position. Never underestimate the power of UAV.  Even running through the gas just to get a downed player in a 1v2 situation. Using the shop is key in Warzone. I know it sounds really simple and it is. But I am seeing so many players, running around, sitting on $10k+ doing nothing with that money. So yeah, I am definitely including this “very trivial tip”.

Bonus: Utilizing the Fire Sale. Self-revive for free? UAV for only $3,000? I am in.

Tip #5: Settings

This is a more technical tip instead of an in-game tip, but it is very important non-the-less. Make sure you got your audio settings right so you can hear these footsteps. Make sure you have got the right video settings so you can get the highest FPS possible for you and the best visibility. I played on some friend’s PC and I can see nothing. Everything is just too blurry and textures are too detailed to see something. Make sure you utilize your Nvidia control panel for the best visibility possible. Make sure you get your sensitivity right and it is not too high. Too high of a sensitivity can lead to inconsistency with your aim and over flicking. Most of the pro players use low sens. You should be too.
